Project management, supervision of works, cost management, technical advisory, procurement and contract administration is done by GI group. Hypo Alpe-Adria Center project was the largest high-rise construction project in Croatia.

The total area of 86.000 m2 comprises three sublevels with a parking areas and service facilities, an open and partially covered square and four buildings eight to eleven floors high accommodating class “A” business, residential and wellness facilities.

The works lasted from 2003 until 2007.
