When finished will be the largest wondfarm in Croatia. GI is providing technical supervision of electro, geodetic, mechanical and geotechnical works and health and safety coordinator services. Wind farm Obrovac of 42 MW installed power altogether with connecting high voltage cable 110 kV TS Obrovac – TS Zelengrad and reconstruction of TS Obrovac.
GI is providing technical supervision of electro, geodetic, mechanical and geotechnical works and health and safety coordinator services. Construction of Wind Farm Obrovac will be in two phases. In phase one installed power of wind farm (42 MW) will be the same as the wind farm Vrataruša which is the biggest installed power of a wind farm in Croatia. After completion of second phase wind farm Obrovac will have the total of 54 MW power installed.
Area of wind farm is located on karst plateau in northwest-southeast orientation and on a height between 370 and 570 meters above the sea level in south part of Obrovac community.
Project involves construction of 14 wind turbines type Vestas V90-3MW, local roads, high voltage cable for connection of wind turbines with transformation station and construction of transformation station 30/110 kV with medium voltage plant.
