GI provided project management services on the construction of 2.733 housing units of the total area of 202.000m2, 961 garages, 181 office spaces of 14.500m2 and accompanying facilities of 106.200m2.
Zagreb Housing project is situated in Sopnica – Jelkovec, Sesvete. Investor built a housing community that consist of 55 buildings containing 2733 housing units with all accompanying facilities: business, public, green areas, squares, sporting facilities and accompanying infrastructure (kindergarten, primary and secondary school with indoor pool, church, library, market, public garage...).
Building site is 40 hectares in size and divided in four areas carrying markings A, B, C and D. Summarized values of the surface layout:
