Consulting services on investment program at Podravka. Podravka built two new factories in Koprivnica, Croatia and in Kostryzn, Poland, and central high shelves system storage, co-financed with EBRD loan. On this project GI provided a number of technical advisory services including project evaluation, and organization, as well as technical and financial monitoring during execution.
Consulting services on investment program at Podravka including project evaluation, and organization, as well as technical and financial monitoring during execution. In period of 1998 – 2000 Podravka made a large step forward by introducing of new technologies and modernization of production. Two new powder products factories have been built (soups and Vegeta) in Koprivnica and in Kostryzn (Poland), and central high shelves system storage. The complete automation of production lines has been made and it was connected to SAP management system. The investment cycle was co-financed with EBRD loan in the amount of 29 mil. €. The total investment was approximately 125 mil. €.
Investinženjering, in cooperation with Ove Arup & Partners, provided services of technical and financial monitoring of the investment in Croatia and in Poland. Investinženjering provided aditional consultancy services comprising project evaluation, organization and execution.
