Urban planning project is designed to both enhance and fit-into the existing environment the construction takes a typology and from the surroundings and has been designed in two versions.
VERSION 1 Expected number of housing units is 120. Community structure needs to be formatted to combine residential and multi-residential facilities according to SP Baška Voda. Average size of a housing unit is 140 m2 BRP.
VERSION 2 Expected number of housing units is 50. Community structure needs to be formatted from housing facilities with one or more housing units according to SP Baška Voda. Average size of a housing unit is 250m2.
